I have had a room skimmed in an old house and was planning on fixing skirting myself over new flooring. putting a stright length against the wall it wont sit plush with two areas about 3mm off. Should the walls be straight or will the original plaster have an affect (it was an uneven base held together by the horse hair)
If i would have known the finished result i would have hacked the lot off and dot n dabbed but too late now.
Do i get him back to sort it or a joiner to fit skirting to uneven walls?
