Bubbles in plaster

Just had our hallway plastered now there's big bubbles in the ceiling?

Try pressing the bubbles,if there hollow,the PVA hasn't took,and the skim will be coming away from the ceiling.Contact your plasterer immediately Dave DS PlasterersHalifax
