The rendering on the house has cracked and parts have fallen off. We had someone out last year to look at stone chipping the house, who said the rendering was too soft.
Do I need to have it all removed and re done or can it be patched and stone chipped over? My worry is, if it is stoned over, the rendering will still come off and it will have been a waste of money.
Also, if it needs taking off and redoing before stone chipping, can it be done by the same professional or do I need 2 different professions?
