I have a damp ceiling which needs replacing in the dining room. This type of work involves taking off the existing ceiling, putting in new plaster boards, plastering and rendering the surface, painting, installing coving as a boarder on the sides. And last of all taking the rubbish away. My main question is can you give me a breakdown fee for materials required for job to get done and also labour charges..
