All depends how they are applied. Both are good in their own rights, one has stood the test of time the other has the advances of technology both do the same job if applied properly. It is all really down to what finish you prefer the look of. They are pretty similar in cost. Sand and cement is cheaper on materials but more labour intensive where Krend is more in materials but less labour so they balance each other out.
