Hi Sue, How we work is that after posting a job, up to three tradespeople can contact you to quote on the job. The average is 1-2 for any one job. We then email you with their contact details and a link to their profile pages, where you can check their ratings and reviews from previous homeowners who've hired them through us. We normally recommend updating your job description and/or budget as a first step if you're not happy with the tradesperson who contacts you.
