Hi Stuart It might be worth your while looking at a company called Andura. They have contractors across the country that carry out superior repairs and then coat the wall with a resin coating which gives the impression of render in a colour of your choice. The added benefits being that through their approved contractors you get a 15 Independently Insured Guarantee that it will not chip, flake, peel or fade. Cost wise it depends on the company that provides the work but I would say that from your dimensions you would be looking at between £2k-£3k inc Vat as a worst case scenario. Obviously we are a contractor of Andura and we cover most of the south east including Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Essex and we will go as far as Hemel Hempstead across north Essex as a guide to where we are located.
