How much does it cost to remove pebble dashed render on semi house

Posted by Kim Webb, on
The adjoining house is also rendered. House built around 1920. Only back needs doing as front v. tidy.

Good evening Kim, There are various types of pebble dashing both old (wet dash) and new (dry dash). The old wet dash is a very very tough product to remove and both will need the use of a kango drill to do so. What you need is a tradesman to come visit your property and tap test the area as it's impossible to quote until we know the bond the existing holds along with areas and access to the work area. Are there any conservatories to work around? Is it a job that requires a fixed or pop up scaffold and if so how much does it need, then there is the question of the new coatings, do you want a sand and cement render? Would you like the new finish insulated?Do you want a polymer render with a coloured texture finish, would you like a scratch colour through render like Webber. You really need to provide these details in order to get a ball park figure. The answer to your question basically is you need someone out to measure and discuss further. We offer free quotations as do most reputable companies and there is no harm in getting a few quotes prior to making your decision. Kind Regards Andy Lynch Construction Services
