Artexing

I am going to need my new utility room ceiling Artexing in a swirl pattern to match the other ceilings in the house. Would this fall under the trade of plastering or decorating please? I want someone well experienced in this type of work so how would I cover this when asking for quotes on your site please? Thanks.
