Water Damage to Bathroom Ceiling caused by leak

I have a water damage patch in on my bathroom ceiling on the wall adjacent to the my next door neighbours bathroom who has mould and a water patch on her ceiling) from a water leak. the patch is not wet, and shows discoloured water marks and the paint is forming tiny bubbles, where the damage is. how do I get my ceiling fixed. Do ask Plastered, decorator?

Hi I skim read the question I'm sorry you need a decorator scrape all loose paint use paint block then filler if necessary then paint with the finished coat with vinyl make sure that you dry it out first thanks

Hi Geraldine if the patch is by an exterior wall I suggest that you get your roof checked if it's downstairs check to see if there's any cracks in the render or brickwork other than that perhaps you have got a slow leak or you need an extractor fan I hope I've been helpful Thanks Jon
