I have 3 ceilings which I want to look presentable. The smallest on is the bathroom 6 feet by 8 feet which definitely needs work by removing polystyrene tiles and re-plastering and rendering and I already have a rough costing for this of £120 to £150. The other 2 are in reasonable shape plaster boards painted over but it may be sufficient to have them papered with a heavy duty embossed wallpaper. the alternative being just rendered could you possibly assess the costing of which alternative for the bedrooms would be cheaper?
The bedrooms are 15ft by 17ft / and 11ft by 10ft
