Not Getting Email Notification Of New Leads Anymore

For some reason , I am not getting any notifications of new leads through to my email? I have checked the app settings, made sure notifications are set to "on," also made sure the email address is right, (which it is and always been the same.) Can you help?

Hi Scott, If your email alerts are on, it may be the case that your service provider are blocking these or marking them as spam. I would advise checking your Spam/Junk folder to see if your emails are going there. If not, make sure automated(at)ratedpeople.com is whitelisted through your email account.
