Damp help

Water/damp seems to be coming in round a window. Seal from the inside or an outside job needed?

You should look to seal from the out side, but will depend on what the problem is. Start by looking at the sealant around out side of frame, pay attention to the sill area as this tends to be were most of the problems are.
