I recently bought a house in North London which was rendered in 2015. The house was built in 1908 and most houses on the road are brick which show no damp/damage. I believe the previous owner rendered it simply because he wanted to - not that there was an issue.
I'd really appreciate a guide to the cost as I understand prices do range depending on how/why render was applied.
