Removing pebbledash and Rendering

I live on a end terrace house with a garage on the side. How much would it cost to remove the pebbledash and render it. The side of the house which is exposed has large cracks where the and water is getting in. I need to get it done but have no idea of what a job like this will cost.

Hi Kara a rough estimate would be front gable and rear including scaffolding labour and materials anything from 70sq meter £3800 to110sq meter £5500 in polymer materials. Thanks Adam AC rendering
