Hi, I am buying a house at the moment in Berkshire and am wondering what I should be budegeting for skimming the walls & ceilings. Bedroom 11'5 by 9' Cracks down the corners of the room and the ceiling is slightly patterened. Bedroom 2 9'10 by 7'9, Cracks down the corners of room. Room 12'8 by 7' Foam ceiling riles that will be taken down, walls seem okay. If anyone can give me a ballpark figure I should be budgetting in my head it would be most appreciated.
