Has my plasterer done a good job

My plasterer has left holes under the light sockets and has only only taken the plaster down to about 8 inches above the floor. I phoned him and asked him to come and put it right but he was very rude and said for what I paid I got a good job! He charged £400 for two days Labour. First day he was here for about three hours and the second day he was here for four and a half hours so considering he charged me for two full days I think he did ok! It was just to put four new boards up and re skim the old boards.
