Hi Scott, Thanks very much for your question! This type of job may require a few different trades. You'll need a plasterer to do the plaster boarding, painter and decorator to paint and either a handyman or carpenter to put in the access hatch. You may find a tradesperson to do all three, and if you do, make sure they have the skills to do it. I'd first recommend that you post the job under plastering, or painting and decorating.
