A patch of lath and plaster ceiling is about to fall down

We have a square patch of lath and plaster ceiling which is about to fall down over our cooker in the kitchen. The plaster and rubble will have to come down and the area made safe and re plastered. The area is approximately 0.7 metre square ( before falling down) . We would like to know how much it would cost to repair the ceiling. Many thanks.
