James, I would suggest you do some advertising, maybe deliver some flyers and start on the smaller plumbing jobs like tap changes, leaks, etc. until you are confident working in peoples houses, then start expanding work as you feel more comfortable, because any mistakes you make could cost you alot of money rectifying damage.
