We are in negotiation with a bath room fitter whose work we like; however he won't provide us with references. What would you recommend?

Hi Regina, can I ask how you already know what his work looks like? By your wording of your question I presume that you already have access to previous work he has done?? If this is the case and you are happy with the work already, then why would you want to see anymore if it is up to standard?...........but, I think it would be fair to ask him for further references if you really feel you would like to. I think it shouldn't be a an issue for a company to give details of previous customers providing they are happy with this. I would only be too happy to provide references to potential future customers.

If you are unhappy for any reason, go elsewhere, starting of on the wrong foot is hard to recover from, and you may find the slightest little thing bothers you, even though the job may be fine to another proffesional

What would you like to do now?
