I've had a new kitchen tap fitted and now have no water pressure upstairs and my elec shower isn't working properly,I've been told its an air lock,suggestions?

Well an electric shower is mains fed so that wont be airlocked, maybe a valve has been isolated, the water to the taps upstairs could be airlocked but not the shower, get the installer back round
