assuming your hot water is from a combi boiler, go to cold storage tank and identify the cold feed to the bathroom, isolate this from the cold storage tank and connect the main supply to the bathroom feed, blank off the tail that was going to the bathroom, if there is nothing else being fed from the cold storage drain it down first the do the change over
