Where can I get a "key" for the toby outside my property to be able to turn the water off in case of emergency and would it turn off lots of other peoples water

a "toby" key can be obtained from any plumbers merchant for about £15.00 it will usually only turn off your water as each property has an individual "toby" though occasionally it might be shared ie in flats etc
