Hello, the expansion vessel of my Megaflo Eco Solar has either lost it

Hello, the expansion vessel of my Megaflo Eco Solar has either lost its gas charge or needs replacing. How can my plumber know if it's one or the other? Thanks.

If he is a registered plumber and has a G3 cert which you need to hold to be able to work on an unvented cylinder, then he should not need to ask, especially as thats a very basic thing
