Hi there, just found out the mains water feed into my property is lead

Hi there, just found out the mains water feed into my property is lead pipes. I want these replacing with copper. Can this be done only from internal stopcock?

If the incoming main is Lead then it would be replaced from the "toby" to the stopcock normally, however you seem to be indicating you have at least 2 pipes is 1 the main & the other a cold feed from the tank or a hot supply to outlets
