Hi,
I'm seeking advice on sourcing a potential leak causing a water stain on the living room ceiling.
There is a hot water boiler and bath room directly above, and whilst the floor beneath the hot water tank is damp I can't actually find the leak.
It would be great if someone could provide some advice on where net to look. Most likely ill just have to get a plumber on standby.
