My boiler works fine but it wont heat the water or the radiators, the three port valve actuator started buzzing, then the central heating went but still heated the water. now it wont heat both. im guessing that its the actuator that has gone. there is no air in the system either. im wondering if it is the actuator how much it would cost or if it is another problem.
