Hi Amanda, Check the power first, if ok then it is probably the heating element.

I changed shower head and hose and now only cold water is coming out

Dear Amanda It's called a bad luck. I am affraid. Shower won't brake if you jut change hose and head there must be another reason. Please try to adjust temperature first and then let us know Best regards
