Hi Flavia, When fitting a boiler, the manufacturer will give the minimum clearance around the boiler needed for future service. If you don't respect this clearances your warranty will not work. Otherwise it can be fitted in a 60cm base unit or on the top of any appliance. Regards. Sevket

Hi Flavia Boiler can be boxed in in to a unit if there is a enough space for air ventilation.( any gas engineer can measure this) You can fit anything underneath so do not worry Best regards
