Hi lynne Yes you are right. It could be a fault of o ring or more expensive thermostatic cardridge. Cartridge will cost about 89 plus Vat and will required someone with plumbing knowledge to replace. Best regards Rafal

Water dripping which appears to be coming from the bottom of the on/off valve. This only happens when the shower is used and for a short time after. Unsure if it is connected but the shower hose has also started to leak at the top. Could this be the O ring needs replacing which I have seen on a number of websites or does the cartridge need replacing. Please advise.
