Ideal Bath filler twin,ceramic discs, 1999,need knowledgable plumber

Have leaking tap and seap from handle, ceramic disc cartidges/flow straightner. Need to establish which part nos. to buy from Ideal/another and find a plumber who knows about this tap bought 1999.Thank you

Dear Melanie I would suggest to buy a new one instead of getting old one repair as new tap will come with a manufcture guarantee. Parts can or can not be available for your tap if is older than 10 years I am affraid. I hope this can help Best regards Rafal
