Rattling radiators

Posted by Jim O’Donoghue, on
Hi, we recently decorated one of our bedrooms and decided to remove the radiator in the room and replace with a new one. I managed to do this without draining the system for I wasn't sure how to. Ever since however when the heating comes on the downstairs radiators make a racquet and the upstairs ones barely heat up. I've tried bleeding them all several times to no avail and so I'm at a loss as to what to do.

hi, You need to give a bit more info, is the system vented or unvented? When you bled the radiators did water come out? What Type of boiler do you have? It is probably very easily fixed but without more info it would be hard to pin point. Kind regards, Ian Aquian Plumbing
