Hi Catherine If the pipe work you are referring to is under the ground floor in a void then it is most likely to be leaking close to an external wall. Either that or the pipe work could have pin holed due to corrosion. If you pressurise the system to around 2 bar and listen close to the board you may be able to hear the leak. Hope this helps.
