I've managed to put a screw through a cold water pipe and would like to know if Atmos Express 57g will provide a suitable repair.

As a plumber I would repair the pipe in the conventional way. I have no knowledge of the product that you mention, but from experience these things seldom work. There is no patch that will withstand mains pressure.
