Hi Louise. Ok the waste pipe, is it the grey flexi pipe from the machine? have you got a standpipe or is it fitted onto a spigot on the waste under the sink? did it fit before? there are remedies for this but answer my questions first and I will assist further. Ta

Hi louise Please try to get a coupler kit ( B&Q) for washing machine drain pipes and connect with jubly clips to have a water tite connection Regards Rafal
