Shower query. pump not electric

Posted by sam williams, on
I have a pump powering my shower but pressure, power from it has significantly reduced. the temp required for a reasonable shower on the mixer has gradually been increasing from 38degrees to now needing it on 45 degrees. recently the shower hax started cutting out as temp is raised above 35 degrees. what can be cause? its a bar across middle of shower with on off twist one side and temp the other.

It's sounds like pump to me because you lost pressure I suggest you get it checked out "on here by getting 3 tradesmen to quote.

Hi Sam, Sounds like either the temperature regulator on your shower is faulty, or the pump, most likely the shower. Post the job on the website as it is impossible to diagnose the problem definitely without seeing it. regards, pete.
