Toilet flush

Posted by Sonia Mc Coy, on
Every time I flush the toilet it makes a loud vibrating sound bit like an air horn, would this be an expensive job to fix?

Hi Sonia. The problem is the diaphragm on the balvalve. It can also slow up how quick the cistern refills after flushing. It is possible to change the diaphragm washer but it maybe best and more cost effective to change the whole valve. Put the job on ratedpeople and I would expect you to pay no more than £65 to do the job. Hope the Helps. Robert.

Hi Sonia It seems to be like diaphram fault so I would suggest to post your job description on main website then 3 companies will contact you to discuss details about a job. Profit of posting a job on Rated People is that it does not cost you a penny but you will receive 3 companies profile with a link for their rating so you would be confident to choose the right person for a job Best regards Rafal
