We have had the boiler checked and we are getting hot water but the radiators aren't working despite bleeding them. Any advice?

Hi Arifa It could be a fault of room stat. I wiuld suggest to increase temp on up to 25 degreess then check if boiler fire up. Regards Rafal

Hi Arifa, it could be problem with Room thermostat, if there is any? if you have room thermostat, make sure the boiler get the signal(most boilers show demand for heating). regards zarir

Hi Arifa Is the heating controlled via a timer/room thermostat? If there is a thermostat make sure it is set to around 18-21 degrees C. Make sure the valves on the radiators are open. If there are thermostatic radiator valves make sure these are fully open. If you have already done this then it is best to get a heating engineer out to diagnose the issue. Put an ad on ratedpeople.com and give as much info on the boiler as possible. What kind of heating controls there are etc. Best of luck. Sam (eps)
