We have a Valliant Ecotec plus combi boiler located in the kitchen and a shower room under the stairs with a Inta 20010CP Thermostatic Bar Shower. The problem is with the shower it won't let us adjust the water temperature on the shower bar, it seems to go from freezing cold to boiling hot with nothing in between. We have been turning the water temperature down at the boiler to get a usable temperature but lately its becoming more difficult to get the right temperature. The shower unit is a few months old as we replaced a broken unit when we first moved into the house but it has never been able to adjust the water temperature. Any advice would be appreciated
