Blocked central heating boiler

Central heating boiler has been in 4 years in April and not heating the radiators. Still under guarantee but engineer for the makers said there is a blockage in the boiler that needs clearing/flushing and that is down to us to sort. Can anyone advise us what we need to do. Thank you
