Leaking copper water tank.

Copper water tank is leaking. It's the kind with all the foam around it. It may be the immersion heater that has corroded because the water was coming out brown last night. Any help would be appreciated? Do you think a whole new tank or just immersion heater. How much am I looking at here? Also, how quickly could we get this done? Thanks in advance.
