We want to replace an extractor fan, built in electric oven and hob with an extractor fan, built in electric oven and gas hob. we aren't sure if there is plumbing in place for the gas hob or not.
we would also like to have the radiators fitted with thermostatic radiator valves on seven radiators.
Is this something a plumber alone could do or would we need an electrician as well?
