Plumber, bathroom fitter or builder?

I need to replace a leaking concealed valve mixer shower and the rising rail. Obviously the tiling around the shower end of the bath will need to come off and be replaced. I also intend to replace the taps on the bath and wash basin and the extractor fan/light over the shower. There is also some minor remedial work required to the waste under the wash basin. Ideally i would like this done as one job. Would an experienced plumber be able to do all these or would i be better finding a bathroom fitter or builder?
