Problem locating tradesman

I'm having problem locating the tradesman that I've ordered through this website. Their profile is no longer exist. I would like to know if there any details on this tradesman except first name, email and mobile phone number. And I would like to know the reason of their profile termination as I suspect that their not qualified plumbers. Please provide an answer asap.
