Replacing broken soil pipe

Posted by Jacqueline Pennell, on
Soil pipe has been broken close to ground outside where it enters concrete floor and connects to sewer. Does the concrete require digging up in order to connect the new pipe to the sewer.

Depends how low and big the break is ,and what the soil pipe is made of. You may be able to cut the pipe and fit a collar over it, having not seen the job its a bit difficult to say.
