I have just moved into a property and I think water is potentially seeping down under the bath following a shower. I have removed the panel for the bath and it doesn't seem to be coming from any of the pipes but maybe seeping via the tiling (the grouting looks a bit cracked) and the damp area is under this on the wall and at the join between wall and floor. I am just looking on advice on who I should be contacting to look at this? i.e. a plumber/tiler...
