Our central heating system has a Potterton Suprima boiler (PCB changed a few years ago) and a Boilermate 2000 thermal store. The boiler has become very noisy ( rattle that starts in the boiler then spreads to pipes upstairs), so we've switched it off. When switched on the boiler fires up, but only stays on for a few seconds before switching off then restarting. The rattle starts after a few minutes. Is this likely to be a problem with the boiler, one of the pumps or the Boilermate?
