Leaking Kitchen Mixer Tap

I have a leaking mixer tap in the kitchen. Water trickles out the body join when turned on and drips under the sink. Is this an easy fix or better to get new tap? If new tap estimated charge to instal?

Hi Grant. It may well be easier to replace the tap as getting spares for a kitchen tap can be difficult to source as there are so many different kitchen taps.
