Some radiators letting out air and water when bled

Two of our radiators are sporadically noisy when the heating is on. I bled them a couple of times and got air out, but now when I bleed them I get air and water coming out together. If I open any of the other radiators I just get water. The noise isn't always a typical gurgling either, and it comes and goes, almost like it's moving around the house.
Any thoughts on what it could be?
